Fabulous well equipped Apartment! Easy access to Beach and outside facilities. This was my second visit and would highly recommend!

We had a really lovely stay in this delightful apartment. The welcome hamper was a real treat. The owners have put a lot of thought into what is needed for a self catering holiday- the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and crockery – and all the essential appliances. Everything was in good working order and spotlessly clean. It was very useful to have the 'helpful hints' information board. The dining area and sitting room were spacious and the whole apartment was well laid out and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms excellent and it was great to have the little rail and hangers to dry surf kit. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We liked the little balcony and it was lovely to have the sea view from the bedroom. Wifi good. We enjoyed the Sonos sound system. The location – perfect for the beach and the village. The indoor pool and sauna were a bonus, as was having the outside hot shower to rinse off wetsuits etc. The Byron site is quite a challenge to navigate and it did take us a while to get our bearings! But the arrival email had all the instructions for parking and collection of the apartment key – so everything is well organised and led to an easy check in experience. Reception staff all.very friendly and willing to help. Thank you to all for a fabulous week and we can't wait to return!

Perfect for a family stay in a stunning location. Thank you. We loved our stay. Great location and perfect sized accommodation for our requirements. Loved the pool and gym also.

Message: Positives: The arrival information was very informative. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The welcome pack of snacks, drinks and milk was lovely. We had to contact the property manager a few times but he was helpful. The apartment had lots of extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea and coffee…so much that you probably wouldn't have needed to buy any for the stay. Negatives…the WiFi information in the arrival information was wrong, eventually we were able to connect but the speed was so slow and I suspect capped as we used a lot of mobile phone data playing music. Such slow broadband would make for a very unhappy holiday with teenagers. The surf shed would have been useful if we could have fitted 7'6" surf boards in there…so had to keep bringing them into the apartment and store on the balcony. Also we had to ask for the lock to be replaced as was so rusty it was unusable. There was very little space in the main bedroom and the addition of the TV on the wall at the end of the bed meant moving around the end of bed was tight. The address doesn't show up for grocery delivery from the major supermarkets..we did click and collect in the end. The facilities management comosny needed access to the flat to check smoke alarms. As there is such a long time when the flat is empty on change over day it would have been better to arrange checks then.

We are sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay but pleased that the Property Manager resolved what he could accordingly.
It was unfortunate that the fire alarms had to be tested during your stay and we endeavour to avoid this, but we are sometimes tied to the company’s time schedule. Regarding the supermarket delivery we give two postcodes dependent on which entrance they deliver to and these are in the arrival email. I’m not sure which postcode was offered but we have main supermarket deliveries here all the time.
The surf shed locks are subject to the very salty air we have in the area and unfortunately do get rusty on a regular basis but apologies for any inconvenience that caused in getting it changed during your stay.
We will investigate the Broadband issue and will check the code details to ensure the correct information is given out going forward. We do hope however you enjoyed your stay with us.

Good clear comfortable apartment. Ideal for beach and ground access for dogs

Great apartment. Every thing we needed. It was great to have a ground floor apartment with bifold doors to outdoor area. Staff were very helpful especially Joey in reception who helped us with a parking problem.

Fantastic apartment with great facilities. The hamper and products were a welcome and special touch. We were here fir my husbands 50th and always try and stay a Byron where possible.
